In this document an overview is given is included and what is not included.
Fee is 499,- euro excluding the flight.
What will be included in the event?
Transportation will be arranged from and to the airport in relation to specific flights. For the specific flight details and pick up times please check the option preparation on the website. Most of the transportation from and to the activities during the experience is arranged. Choose your flight and then let us know your flight details by email if you want to make use of the airport transfer. Traveling to other places will be on own account.
The accommodation is Trinity Hotel. See the accommodation page on the website for more information.
All breakfasts and some lunches will be provided as well as one welcome and one farewell dinner.
All the activities of the event; lectures from industry experts, field trips, company visits.
What will not be included?
Flights will not be included and due to the setting company and site visits some lunches and most dinners are not included.
Dutch students do not need to arrange a visa. If you do not have a Dutch passport, check your own visa regulations!
Travel insurance will not be included. Check your own health insurance. Travel insurance is recommended.
Vaccinations will not be included. Check your own insurance company to find out if you are covered and at which companies you are insured for the vaccinations. (GGD, Thuisvaccinatie.nl)
There is an opportunity to have a tailored suit, the cost of tailoring of a suit is not included. Prices depending on the used fabric starting at 150 US-dollar.
